Warning Levels can only be changed by an admin. They represent how close a person is to being banned.
Level 0 - No suspicion
Level 1 - Unintentional rule-breaking
Level 2 - Intentional rule-breaking noticed. 1 day ban.
Level 3 - Multiple accounts of rule-breaking. Ban length depends on the offense committed.
Level 4 - BANNED FOR LIFE
Level 5 - IP BANNED
Your warning level can be lowered if significant change in behavior is noticed.
